Oneonta Holds Blood Drive Wednesday

State Senator Jim Seward will be donating at a blood drive in Oneonta this week and he’s hoping you do the same. Seward says the community that cares blood drive is from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday at the Holiday Inn.

Blood donations through the American Red Cross are at the lowest level they have been in 15 years. All blood types are needed, but donors with type O negative, O positive, A negative or B negative are especially encouraged to give at this time.
