Oneonta History Center Hosts ‘Fabulous First Friday’

Tomorrow is Fabulous First Friday and Games Night at the Greater Oneonta Historical Society's History Center at 183 Main Street.

Between 5:00-8:00 PM, the History Center will host a games night, featuring old-fashioned, traditional games like checkers, chess, dominoes, and cribbage.

Weather permitting, tables will be moved out to the sidewalk, too. It's open to beginners and experts and there is no cost to play. There will be refreshments and The History Center will be open from 4:30 to 8:30.

New items in the gift shop include Chuck D'Imperio's new book, “Upstate New York in 100 Words or Less” and a medal commemorating the Center Street Elementary School. For more information, call 432-0960.
