NY State Awards Grants To BOCES STEM Programs

The Otsego Northern Catskills BOCES received nearly $684,000 from the United States Department of Agriculture’s Rural Development grant program so high school students preparing for college or to enter the workforce can attend Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM) courses taught by instructors from around the world. A secondary benefit will be remote training in opioid addiction and overdose prevention for community members, school staff, and emergency personnel.
