
Norwich Man Charged After Threatening Neighbor with Baseball Bat
On May 15th, a trooper from State Police Norwich arrested Stephen Bowers of Norwich for threatening his neighbor with a baseball bat.
The arrest resulted from an incident on Pat Farley Road in Norwich. An investigation determined that Bowers, 58, observed a neighbor drive by at what Bower's believed to be too fast a speed for Pat Farley Road. He then went to the neighbor’s residence with a baseball bat and threatened to kill him.
Bowers was issued a ticket returnable to the Town of Norwich Court.
