New Attractions At Otsego County Fair [Audio]

It's that time of year again, fair season! The Otsego County Fair in Morris, NY will run from July 29th to August 3rd. Lisa Jones, a board member of the fair, stopped in to tell us what new things are happening at the Otsego County Fair this year.

Every year the fair showcases the best in the county from animals to local talent. There are even many new things to add to the list of things to do and see this year including a new fair store and museum, and a new commercial tent with over 40 new venders. Coming back are the Miss Otsego County Pageant and the karaoke competition with a $2500 cash prize to the winner. The Entertainment Stage has some great acts, opening the first night of the fair with The Kolby Oakley Band at 7pm. On Friday, August 1st, Morris' own Ethan Harris and a 2014 American Idol Top 15 male finalist, will be performing from 6-7pm and The Chris Woodward Band takes the stage at 7pm.
