National Bank of Delaware County Expanding into Sullivan County

Delaware Bancshares, Inc has announced that its banking subsidiary, the National Bank of Delaware County (NBDC), has entered into an agreement to purchase six branch banking locations in Sullivan County.

James S. Starcuzzi, President and CEO of NBDC Bank, had this to say about the purchase:

The branch locations purchased by NBDC include Calicoon, Liberty, Monticello, Narrowsburg, Roscoe, and Wurstboro.

Upon completion of the branch acquisition, NBDC Bank will have twelve branches with total deposits of $340 million.
