Motorcycle Accident Claims Life of Conklin Man

A motorcycle accident in Whitney Point Saturday afternoon resulted in the death of a Conklin man.

According to state police, 50-year-old Barr A. Terry lost control of his motorcycle while traveling south along Route 11 in Whitney Point. Police said Terry died at the scene.

The Whitney Point Fire Department assisted at the scene. The accident remains under investigation.
