Man Breaks Guinness Record For “Most Watermelons Smashed With An Open Hand”
A melon-slapping athlete has put himself in the history and record books after his newest challenge saw him slap open 39 watermelons one minute.
Guinness World Records says Roberto Rodriguez took on the challenge with an open hand in one minute on the Italy-based TV special Lo Show Dei Record.
Rodriguez used his open hand to smash watermelons held by a series of volunteers on the special.
He's not the first to break a record with breaking watermelons.
In 2018, a man in Pakistan - Rashid Naseem - broke the record for most watermelons smashed with his head. 51 watermelons were lined up on a table, and he smashed every one of them.
