Local New York State Trooper Killed in Line of Duty! Suspect Caught! *UPDATE*

The New York State Police have reported that a Trooper was killed on I-81 early  this afternoon.  A suspect was apprehended at 1:40 after a chase.  The location of the incident was I-81 North near Castle Creek.  Details to follow as released by the New York State Police.
