With one of the biggest hit albums of the last decade and an armful of Grammys, Adele has the world at her feet — and presumably her choice of collaborators when it comes time to record her next album. But if she’s looking for a duet partner who’s sensitive, green, and made of felt, Kermit the Frog would like her to know he’s available.

Asked which actors and singers he admires most during a recent interview with the British tabloid OK Magazine, Kermit responded, “Tom Hanks. If I were taller, less green and had hair, I’d want to be him. As for singers, it would be fun to duet with Adele someday.”

Of course, with so many millions of copies sold, Adele can count a pretty sizable chunk of the planet as fans, so Kermit’s fondness is no surprise. But he actually has pretty eclectic tastes for a frog: “I’d love to collaborate with an electronic artist and I’d love to work with Skrillex, even though I’ve never heard his music,” he mused. “We don’t get electronic music in the swamp. There’s something about electricity and water that just doesn’t mix.”

Still, we probably shouldn’t expect to actually hear either of these collaborations — at least not if Kermit’s longtime partner Miss Piggy has anything to say about it. “Moi simply can’t sit still when Moi hears dubstep. The bass is so powerful and the whole effect is so mesmerizing and overwhelming! If I were a kind of music, I’d be dubstep,” she pointed out. And as for Kermit and Adele? “Sorry, Adele,” Piggy quipped. “The frog isn’t available anytime soon.”
