They took a look into the craziest days of the week, the most nerve-wracking times of the day, and the most stress-filled month of the year, all for New York employees.

Most Stressful Day in New York

Monday takes the cake, with over half (54%) of New York workers saying it's their biggest stress day of the week.

Least Stressful Day in New York

Wednesday brings some relief, as only 11% of New York workers find that day stressful. Maybe because it's all downhill into the weekend from there.

Most Stressful Time of Day in New York

The time between 9 and 10 a.m. makes 17% of New York workers feel the most stress.

Least Stressful Time in New York

People from the Empire State feel the chill from 6 to 7 p.m. with a mere 1% of workers stressing out during that time.

Most Stressful Month

December brings the stress, as 27% of New York workers consider it the most intense month. Whatever happened to peace and joy on earth. On the other hand, only 2% find May and October stressful.

The survey also shared some overall stressed trends for American workers.

Monday Blues: For Americans everywhere, Monday is the most stressful day of the weeks, with 53% of people saying so.

Morning Stress Peaks: Stress levels hit a high between 9 and 10 a.m. Around 16% of workers feel the most stress at this time.

Year-End Crunch: The end of the year is no joke when it comes to stress. December is the most stressful month for American workers, with 31% feeling the pressure. January isn't far behind at 19%.
