Cooperstown, New York Induction Weekend Parking Pointers
Visitors to Cooperstown for the 2024 Hall of Fame Induction Weekend, including the Saturday, July 20 Parade of Legends and the Sunday, July 21 Induction Ceremony, should use the recommended parking and transportation options to avoid delays and traffic issues.
The Induction Ceremony will start at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 21, at the Clark Sports Center in Cooperstown. Due to the small size of Cooperstown, with fewer than 2,000 residents and just one traffic light, it will fill up quickly. Parking options are in place for both July 20 and 21.
Three free trolley lots (red, blue, and yellow) just outside the village will offer parking. A $5 trolley ticket provides unlimited daily rides (cash only). Trolleys run from 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. on both days. The Blue Lot Trolley is the only one serving the Induction site. Free Hall of Fame shuttles will run from Main and Fair streets to the Induction site from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and after the ceremony.

Two paid parking lots will be available on Sunday, July 21: the Cy Young Lot at 172 Linden Avenue, adjacent to the Blue Trolley Lot, and the Hank Aaron Lot on Route 33 near the Induction site. Only the Cy Young Lot has trolley service.
ADA accessible parking will be on Fair Street, Main Street, and Church Street on July 20, and at Cooperstown Junior-Senior High School on July 21, with shuttle service to the Induction site. State-approved ADA permits are required.

The July 19-22 Induction Weekend includes family-friendly events and the induction of Adrian Beltré, Todd Helton, Jim Leyland, and Joe Mauer. The Induction Ceremony on July 21 will be televised live on MLB Network.
Hall of Fame Members get early access and free admission. Membership details are available at baseballhall.org/join or at the Museum.
