Milford Man Arrested Following Investigation

A Town of Milford man has been arrested after an investigation into a personal injury motor vehicle accident according to the Otsego County Sheriff's Office.

Brendan M. Rose, 26, is facing the following charges: aggravated unlicensed operation in the 2nd degree, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree, leaving the scene of personal injury accident, reckless driving, and unlicensed operator. Rose was apprehended on May 9th, 2024.

The Otsego County Sheriff's Office has reported the apprehension of the individual mentioned above after a hit-and-run incident resulting in personal injury in the Town of Milford. Investigation revealed that the individual was driving with a suspended New York State Driver's License. They have been issued with UTTs/appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in court at a later time.

Worcester, New York Man Arrested

The Otsego County Sheriff's Office has announced the apprehension of Brian C. Altheiser, 61 of Worcester, New York, after a complaint lodged in the Town of Worcester. The defendant has been charged with harassment in the 2nd degree. He was arrested on May 7th, 2024. A criminal summons was issued to the defendant, who is slated to appear at the Town of Worcester court on a later date.
