The stars of 'Honey Boo Boo' are known for their questionable dining choices. From roadkill to spaghetti with ketchup and butter to shortening-coated turkey, they aren't exactly the healthiest of families.

Yet by some miracle, this influx of cholesterol-filled, diabetes-enhancing food stuff didn't stop Boo's mom, June Shannon, from losing 102 pounds over a two-year period. All without exercise.

Mama June says she weighed 365 pounds when they started filming 'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo' in January of 2011, and she now comes in at 263.

"I haven't done any surgeries. No diet pills. Never went to the gym, but with the show I've been more active. They have me running around and going different places. I guess it's paying off," she said of her unplanned weight loss.

Now all we have to do is wait and see if the new diet fad hits the world by storm. Atkins Diet? Bah. South Beach? Blech. Just run around on a reality show and the weight will melt right off, no dieting or pricey Hollywood trainer required.

Said Mama June of her 7-year-old daughter Alana's weight (which is often criticized), "She's not skinny but, whether skinny or fat, I am still going to love my children regardless. I could care less if they get up to 1,000 pounds; I am still going to love them."

Don't give TLC any ideas, lady. '1,000-Pound Pageant Queens' sounds like just the sort of show they'd run.
