Hartwick Professor And Students’ Research Gets National Exposure
Some national recognition for a Hartwick College professor and two of his students. The cover story of the September 15th issue of the International Journal of Quantum
Chemistry will spotlight research conducted by Associate Professor of Chemistry Dr. John Dudek along with students Justine Kozubal (class of ’17) and Sierra Bentley (class of ’18) on detecting carbon sulfur molecules in space.
Dudek was the lead on a team that included professors based in Germany at the University of Cologne Laboratory Astrophysics Group and others.
