
Guilford Man Indicted for Intimidating a Witness
A Guilford man indicted by a Chenango County Grand Jury in February on robbery, burglary and unlawful imprisonment charges was indicted again last month on one count of intimidating a witness 3rd degree, a Class E felony.
Mark A. Alimar, 35, a former Chenango County corrections officer, is accused of unlawfully entering an Oxford home with others on December 31st, and forcibly stealing a cell phone while his victim was on the floor with a gun pointed at her.
