Guilford Man Faces Felony Drunk Driving Charges

On June 15th, state troopers arrested Gary N. Hackett, 41, of Guilford for felony driving while intoxicated and felony aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree.

The arrest occurred following a traffic stop for speeding on County Route 36 in Guilford. An investigation determined that Hackett was intoxicated and also had a suspended driver license.

Hackett was arraigned in the Town of Guilford Court and remanded to the Chenango County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.
