Former Steven’s Hardware in Oneonta Celebrates Ribbon Cutting

Today, a ribbon cutting ceremony took place at the long vacant Steven's Hardware building in Downtown Oneonta which was developed by Chip Klugo (shown in photo).  According to AllOTSEGO, it's Klugo's second downtown Oneonta redevelopment project. He developed the former Bresee's Department Store building and turned it into apartments and business space in 2011.
