First Ever Tuff Enuff 5K Obstacle Challenge July Fourth [Audio]

Leaf and Body By Stacy, along with First Night Oneonta are proud to present the first ever Tuff Enuff 5K obstacle course at the Hometown Fourth of July Celebration in Neawha Park, Oneonta. The exciting 5K challenge consists of four different waves and right now has participants ages nine to seventy-one signed up.  Competitive wave with cash prizes.  Plan on getting dirty as the course promises to be anything but ordinary.  Stacy Mitchell from Body by Stacy says there will be alternative routes for some of the obstacles.  Online registration is going on now to July 2, 2013.  You can sign up race day starting at 7:30am.  Leaf Executive Directer, Julie Dostal, and Stacy tell us more:
