
Driver Arrested with BAC Over Four Times Legal Limit
On Friday May 9th, Deposit troopers arrested Albert D. Schultes Jr., 41, of Windsor, for aggravated driving.
Schultes was reported to have a blood alcohol content of .35%, which is more than four times the legal limit. The arrest resulted after a motor vehicle accident on Cresson Hill Road in Windsor. Officials believe that Mr. Schultes was driving while intoxicated when he crashed.
Schultes was arraigned in the Town of Windsor Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail.
