
Destination Oneonta Winners Announced!
This past weekend, Destination Oneonta held some fun holiday events at Foothills Performing Arts Center featuring competition in gingerbread creations (The Gingerbread Jubilee) and business decorated holiday trees (Festival of Trees). Maybe you didn’t get a chance to attend or did and want to know who won? Destination Oneonta has announced winners!
Starting out with the Viewer's Choice award for the Festival of Trees:

The NBT Bank Oneonta Wall Street branch was the winner with their gorgeous “money tree” and a big congratulations going out to Avery Burnsworth who won this beautiful tree!

And now for the Gingerbread Jubilee winners:

1st place Adult Group- "Topsy Turvy Gingerbread Family" by SUNY Delhi — with Julee Miller.

2nd place Adult Group-"Christmas Vacation" by Amish Barn Company

3rd place Adult Group- "Here Comes the Sun: South Pole Holiday Fun" by LEAF Council on Alcoholism and Addictions

1st place Youth Individual under 12- "Christmas Unicorn" by Ariana Chapin

2nd place Youth Individual under 12- "Candy land" by Autumn Marshal

1st Place Youth Group- "Santa's Vocation" by Oneonta Community Christian School

2nd Place Youth Group- "Christmas in the City" by Oneonta Community Christian School

3rd Place Youth Group- "Penguin Farm" by Oneonta Community Christian School

4th Place Youth Group- Community Gingerbread Church" by Oneonta Community Christian School

1st place Family- "Holiday at the Beach" by The Blanco Family — with Katrina Marie.

2nd place Family-"Christmas Cabin" by The Falco Family

3rd place Family- "Holiday Sledding Party" by The Gargash Family

4th place Family- "The Polar Express" by The Shepardson Family — with Bridgette Shepardson.

1st place Adult individual- "Walk Softly" by Jean Ostrowski
