Delaware County Man Arrested For Endangering Welfare of a Child

Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a Meridale man Monday on one count of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of criminal obstruction of breathing/circulation.

Deputies say these charges against David Mokay, 59, stem from a domestic incident which allegedly occurred at Mokay’s residence.

Mokay was arraigned in the Town of Meredith court and remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility on $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 bail bond. He is to reappear at Meredith Court on March 5th.
