A man is facing felony charges in connection with a domestic violence incident last Wednesday in Davenport. According to a press release, James Stiefel of Mt. Vision forced his way into a home, threatened an individual with a knife then left. An investigation determined that Stiefel possessed a portable methamphetamine laboratory at that location with chemicals to make the drug along with more than two ounces of meth. Steifel was taken into custody after a struggle and booked into prison without bail.
