Cuomo Launches Graduate to Homeownership Program
Oneonta is one of eight cities statewide where college graduates can receive financial assistance to buy a home. It’s part of a program announced by Governor Andrew Cuomo that provides a total of $5 million to cities participating in the Downtown Revitalization Initiative.
The Graduate to Homeownership program is available for qualified first-time homebuyers who have graduated from an accredited college or university with an associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate degree within the last 48 months.
