Hook, Line and Dinner, a very popular show on the Cooking Channel, visited the Catskills to film a new episode.  Hosted by Ben Sargent, the show is for fishing and culinary enthusiasts.  This episode focuses on catching, smoking, and preparing the Catskill Mountain eel.  Joining Ben in this program, is the Andes Hotel and Delaware Delicacies Smokehouse.  Set to air January 24, 2013 at 8pm.
