Coldest Temperature EVER on the Way Tonight??

Don't hold me to this, but is the coldest temperature ever on the way tonight into tomorrow?

The National Weather Service in Binghamton is calling for temperatures overnight tonight to be -12 on the thermometer, but with wind chills as low as -31.  Tomorrow the wind chill could reach -33.

I have been reading the weather on the air at  WDOS in Oneonta since 1989 and I cannot remember a time where I read wind chills that low...ever!

Sure it is unscientific...but my bones say we could set a record for the coldest temperature ever on this day so brace yourself!
