Chenango Sheriff Arrests Man on Strangulation and Unlawful Imprisonment Charges

Chenango County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Lattingtown man last week on charges of strangulation, unlawful imprisonment, and criminal mischief.

Sheriff's deputies went to Nassau County Sheriff’s Office to pick up Thomas D. Prisco on an arrest warrant. The Nassau Sheriff had apprehended Prisco on an arrest warrant out of the Town of Plymouth Court, stemming from a domestic violence incident.

Prisco was arraigned and sent to the Chenango County Correctional Facility on $75,000.00 cash bail. He was charged with strangulation 2nd degree, unlawful imprisonment 2nd degree, and criminal mischief in the 3rd and 4th degrees.

Prisco is to reappear in the Town of Plymouth Court at a later date.
