Walton Buisnessman Allegedly Leaves Trail of Bad Checks Over Large Swath

Lee. S. McDonald, a Walton contractor, has been arrested by Delaware County Sheriff's department after he allegedly bounced numerous checks over a wide region, including our own local area and other states.  Mr. McDonald is charged with one count of Grand Larceny (2nd degree), and Grand Larceny (4th degree).  Both charges are felony charges.  He has been arrested and is in Delaware County jail pending a $50,000 cash bail or a $100,000 bond.

Dealware County authorities are asking anyone with information about Mr. McDonald or his business, Blue Moon Construction,. to call the Delaware County DA at 607-832-5421.
