Got a call from Bruce Beadle, Jr. this morning and he told me about some great news the Beadle Brothers Band received this week.  It seems that the magazine New Music Weekly has nominated them in the category of Group of The Year. As if that wasn't great news in and of itself here are  three bands they are up against for the award...

Big day at the Delaware County Fair today.  Cars crashing and a lot of bull.  The excitement in the Grandstand starts this afternoon at 1:30pm with IBR Professional Bull Riding.  Then tonight at 7pm, a crowd favorite, the Demolition Derby!  Today is day five of the Walton fair and there is lots to do.

Today is day four of the  126th Delaware County Fair in Walton, N.Y.   Tonight's grandstand feature is the Street Legal 4x4 Pick ups, Invitational Big Rig Truck Pull, and Super Farm Tractors.   So much to do at the fair! Tomorrow night is a big fan favorite, the Demo Derby!

Husband and wife country music duo, Thompson Square, will perform at the Delaware County Fair on August 18th, 2012.  Doors open at 6:30pm.  Opening act is season nine American Idol finalist, Aaron Kelly.
