The National Weather Service out of Binghamton continues the Winter Storm Warning to 4pm today (Feb 2).  A long list of SCHOOL CLOSINGS, click here. Snow with areas of blowing snow before 5pm, then snow likely after 5pm. The snow could be heavy at times. High near 16. Wind chill values as low as -4. Chance of precipitation is 100%. Total daytime snow accumulation of around 6 inches.

The National Weather Service out of Binghamton has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Chenango and Otsego Counties beginning at 5pm tonight (Thursday) through 5pm Friday.

Winter Weather Advisory in effect from January 26, 01:00 PM EST until January 27, 06:00 PM EST.  Hazardous Weather Outlook is in effect.
