Saturday, July 18-20, 2014, head on out to Gilbert Lake State Park in Laurens, New York, for W.O.W. (Wear It On The Water) Paddle Fest.  Paddling skills, safety, and fun events for the whole family.

This coming weekend, June 28 and 29, 2014, is Farm Heritage Weekend at Gilbert Lake State Park, County Highway 12 in Laurens, New York.

The family and I were at Gilbert Lake yesterday and I couldn't help but notice the large number of people with tattoos.  Guys and gals, young and old.  Body art is obviously a very popular practice.  I personally do not have any tattoos but
