A trip to McDonald’s turned out to be anything but a happy meal for one Chicago-area family.

Sure, you may have just packed on a pound or two chowing down during the Super Bowl, but that’s no excuse to skip National Pancake Day. Especially when free food and a good cause is involved.

If you thought Subway wasn’t going to budge an inch on its stance regarding the scandal over how long its footlong sandwiches really are, you’re wrong.

How many times does this have to happen before we all stop going to KFC? Hopefully twice is the answer. Three weeks ago a teenager in the UK thought he had been served a giant chicken brain from the fast-food chain. It turned out to be a kidney. On the one hand, gross. On the other hand, at least we're pretty sure that what Redditor six6six4kids found in his order was also a kidney. MAKE IT STOP!

While it sure is tasty, KFC is always a bit of a risk. A UK student learned that the hard way when he discovered what he thought was a brain inside a piece of chicken he was eating. Um, maybe we'll be avoiding the Colonel from now on.

Maybe Subway is stepping up their game a tad. They've made it abundantly clear that they now have avocados and sriracha sauce, and they will NOT be putting ketchup on anybody's sandwich. At all. Dan announced today that he is officially on a diet and like many dieters, he'll restrict certain foods.   Man, he picked a bad day to to start a diet because today is National Eat What You Want Day!  Or maybe that is a great way to start a diet because there are no restrictions, hmmm...
