A Sherburne man faces felony charges following an investigation into a report of stolen firearms. According to the Otsego County Sheriff's Office, Richard Garreau was living with and working for the victim, who lives in Laurens and after Garreau moved out the victim reported five firearms and other personal items had been stolen from the home. Garreau was arraigned in Town of Laurens Court on five grand larceny counts along with one count of petit larceny then jailed $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond. He’s due in court again on May 24.
