Stop by the Pure Catskills shared booth with NYC Department of Environmental Protection across from the Entertainment Tent, August 11-16, at the Delaware County Fair in Walton, New York.  Pure Catskills members brings great local food samples and products to the Delaware County Fair.

Our Fair Week schedule looks like this:

Monday the 11th: 10 am. tent opening ceremony with Pure Catskills member Chef Deanna of The Hamden Inn who will talks about "How many farms can yu get in a meatball?"

Tuesday the 12th: 11 a.m. Menu samples from Amy's Takeaway with food advocate Amy Jackson

Wednesday the 13th: Fable Restaurant at Stone & Thistle Farm with Farmer/chef Denise Warren

Thursday the 14th: Pure Catskills member samping TBA

Friday the 15th: Greenane Farms salsas and jams with farm owners Patrick & Thanya Rider

Saturday the 16th: Chef Deanna and The Hamden Inn

Representatives from The Master Forest Owners Program at CCE-Greene/Columbia will be there to answer your questions about healthy forests on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.  Catskill Watershed Corp will be on hand to answer your question about residental septics and munical water systems on Thursday.
