Oneonta World Of Learning, OWL, is pleased to present the Sixth Annual Ice Cream Social on Sunday, June 2, 2013 from 1pm to 5pm at the Oneonta Boys and Girls Club, 70 River Street.  Free ice cream and live entertainment.  Plus hands on activities for the kids.  You can even make a jitter bug!  Rachel Rissberger tells us more:
