State police at Oneonta arrested an Oneonta man Sunday and was charged with two counts of second-degree assault, second-degree trespass, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct for obscene gestures and obstructing traffic.

Troopers say Andrew Goodrich, 20, allegedly kicked and spit at two troopers. Goodrich was arraigned in Laurens court and sent to Otsego County jail on $1,500 bail, pending reappearance in court Thursday.

Dominique Morrow, 19, of Laurens, was charged with resisting arrest after she allegedly jumped on troopers to prevent Goodrich's arrest. She was issued a ticket to appear in court at a later date.
