Oneonta Concert Association Presents Les Violons du Roy Friday Night [Audio]

The Oneonta Concert Association presents Les Violons du Roy this Friday, October, 25, 2013, at the First United Methodist Church, 66 Chestnut Street, Oneonta, New York.  Les Violons du Roy, formed in 1984 and is directed by Bernard Labadie.  The ensemble's core group consists of 15 players.  They have toured internationally and have 21 recordings to their credit.  Oneonta Concert Association member, Paule Scheele, tells us more about the program:

The program will offer works by Telemann, Haydn, Handel, and Bach. Oneonta Concert Association Young Artist, Ester Witherell, will delight audience members with a short set on violin to open the program.  Show time is at 7:30pm.  Tickets available at the door or in advance at The Green Toad Bookstore and The Eighth Note.
