On November 29th, nonprofit organizations all over the state of New York will come together to hold a statewide day of giving. New York Gives Day has been established by The New York Council of Nonprofits and United Way of New York State to unite the state around providing increased support for local nonprofit organizations. New York Gives Day will provide better access for any registered 501C(3) in New York State to participate. The technology platform, provided by GiveGab, will ensure that every nonprofit will have an easy-to-use online giving option that can be leveraged on New York Gives Day and year round to connect with supporters. Processing fees are being waived by GiveGab during this 24 hour event. A series of webinars are available in conjunction with the day, helping nonprofits to use social media to engage with their supporters, master the technology platform, and build a year round resource development strategy.

Please follow this link: www.nygivesday.org to see schedules of webinars that will be held, as well as time tables leading up to the event. On the website, access the NonProfit Tool Kit for easy to follow instructions to get your agency set up and position you for online giving success.
