Norwich Fracking Rally Expected Saturday as Senate, Congress Candidates Visit
Congressman Richard Hanna will make a stop in Norwich Saturday. He will be at the Norwich fire house at 12:30 p.m. to meet with his constituents, and then will take part in the annual YMCA Halloween parade at 2 p.m.
Following Saturday’s parade, a public rally against fracking will be ongoing is East Side Park with the appearance of Howard Leib, candidate for the 51st senate district.
At 7 p.m. the rally moves to the Elks Club across the street for music, dancing and socializing.
