Local Filmaker’s Must See Documentary

Chris Dapkins, a graduate of Delhi Central School, will present “The Swell Season” this Saturday May 12, 8pm, at the Walton Theatre. Chris co-directed and photographed this new documentary and was in the studio this morning to share more about it. How does life change after winning an oscar? “The Swell Season” answers that by following Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova, the oscar winning actors and songwriters from the film “Once”. It’s a love story…who doesn’t love that? Once you watch the trailer below you’ll know why it’s a “must see” and we have the rare opportunity to view it this weekend at the Walton Theatre, May 12, 8pm.
