Everyone is invited to enjoy dancing to music by "Flame", a nationally known band comprised of individuals with developmental disabilities at the "Over The Rainbow Summer Dance" sponsored by the ARC Otsego. This event is free but there is a $2 suggested donation if you would like to support the programs of the ARC Otsego, an organization dedicated to serving the needs of developmentally disabled individuals in Otsego County.
