Battlefield Band at The Oneonta Theatre

The Oneonta Theatre will play host to exhilarating Celtic band, "Battlefield Band" on October 5th at 7:30pm, brought to you by the Oneonta Concert Association.  Battlefield Band was winner of the 2011 Scottish Folk band of the year Award by public vote. The group peppers their traditional, high-energy, foot-stomping fare with a touch of American soul.   The band has toured the world for four decades; their 1999 performance in Oneonta as highly acclaimed.  

Lineup includes: Mike Katz (pipes, whistles, bazouki, guitar, bass); Alasdair White (fiddle, whistle, bazouki, pipes); Sean O’Donnell (vocals, guitar), and Ewen Henderson (fiddle, pipes, vocals).

Individual ticket prices for 2011-2012 are $20 or $25 general admission; $6 for students.   Tickets are available at the door before each concert.   And tickets may be purchased at the following locations (cash or check only):
