The Chenango County SPCA is still in need of people to give cats and dogs forever homes. Shelter officials say that since last week 11 cats and 5 dogs have found homes but in that time they took in 14 cats and 12 dogs. Adoption fees have been reduced for kittens under four months to $20 if they’re not spayed or neutered or $50 if they’re already done. For adult cats the SPCA says it is accepting any monetary donation that people want to make.
