Charles Ramsey Interview Goes Viral After Finding Amanda Berry [VIDEO]

Charles Ramsey was in the right place at the right time when he acted on the screams he heard coming from a Cleveland home. Inside were three women, including Amanda Berry, who had been missing for 10 years.
