Teachers will jam at the "Mt. Vision (Coffeehouse Style) Event" featuring the "OBU Band" Saturday Jan. 24, 6:30 to 8:30, at the Methodist Church in Mt. Vision.
This year's Goodyear Lake Polar Bear Jump will be February 21, 2015 but before the big jump, is the annual fundraising auction on January 25, 2015 at Milford Central School.
The first annual Oxford Academy High School Craft Fair and Indoor Yard Sale is being planned by the 2015 Yearbook Staff and advisors. The event will be held on Saturday, February 28, in the high school gymnasium from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Local artisans, vendors and the public are invited to attend.
The first Saturday in February, people from across the region bundle up and head to Hanford Mills Museum for its annual Ice Harvest Festival. Using historic tools, children and adults can walk out on the frozen mill pond to cut and maneuver blocks of ice. The ice blocks are pushed up a ramp and then loaded onto sleds, which are hauled to a traditional ice house.
OWL, Oneonta World Of Learning, presents Kid's Glow Run on March 7, 2015 hosted by Body By Stacy. It is a 2k fun run just for kids! The race is 1.24 miles with light up fun obstacles!
