AED Demo At Bassett’s Oneonta Indoor Heart Walk

Bassett Healthcare Network will be conducting a public demonstration on the use of an AED – an automated external defibrillator – during Bassett’s Oneonta Indoor Heart Walk Saturday at the FoxCare Center beginning at 9:00 a.m.  In addition to the walk, and hands-only CPR and AED instruction, there will be free Zumba and yoga classes by FoxCare Fitness, along with free blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose checks. Prizes will be given away including a FitBit fitness tracker.
